Celebrating Seniors: Empowering Wellness at Trillium Family Chiropractic!

At Trillium Family Chiropractic (TFC), we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our senior patients through a variety of specialized services. We understand the unique challenges that come with aging, and offer tailored care to address these needs. Here’s how our services can benefit seniors:

Chiropractic care is a hands-on, non-invasive, drug-free approach that focuses on how the spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system work together.

We take a thoughtful, personalized approach to care by assessing movement patterns, posture, mobility, and areas of tension or restriction. This will assist us to better understand what your body needs. We offer a range of chiropractic techniques, including instrument-assisted care, drop technique, cranial adjustments and manual adjustments, to help support comfort, improve movement, address pain, and reduce the chance of concerns returning.

Custom-made orthotics are a medical device designed to bring your feet and ankles back into proper alignment. This aims to reduce stress and strain on your body. Custom-made orthotics can be made for a variety of shoe types, including runners, work shoes, work boots, dress shoes, and sandals. Dr. Elizabeth will perform a thorough history and examination and discuss your work or recreational activities. This will help determine what orthotic would be best suited for your needs.

A massage therapist uses their hands, forearms, and elbows to manipulate the soft tissues of the body through a variety of massage techniques to:

  • Reduce or eliminate pain
  • Improve joint mobility
  • Improve circulation and lymphatic drainage
  • Reduce depression and anxiety
  • Reduce muscular tension

Our massage techniques include trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, lymphatic drainage and intraoral massage
