Help Us Create an Exceptional Patient Experience
Our growing clinic is seeking a part-time organized, energetic, and patient-focused Chiropractic Receptionist to join our practice.
What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and check them in for appointments
- Answer phone calls and book appointments
- Process payments (cash, debit, credit, direct billing)
- Keep the front desk and waiting area organized and clean
- Help ensure patients feel welcomed and cared for
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using a computer and phone
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have (but not required)
- Previous reception or customer service experience
- Experience in a clinic, spa, gym, or wellness setting
Schedule
- Evenings (typically 3–8 pm)
- 2 Saturdays a month (typically 8-2 pm)
- 10–15 hours per week (flexible)
Compensation
- $18 – $20 per hour, depending on experience
- Training provided
